Hello, my name is Eden! ,
And this is my first post in the New Year.
In this task I want to present various aspects of my name.
I will present the meaning of my name, the origin of my name and why my parents chosen it for me.
Origin and meaning:
Eden comes from the Hebrew origin.
In the Hebrew the meaning of the name Eden is delight.
Also the meaning of my name take from Bible- Adam and Eve live in paradise (Garden of Eden).
Why I am called Eden? What is my nickname?
My parents planned to chosen different/special name from others. Therefore they decide to choose the name Eden because the name Eden suitable to girls and boys.
Also my mother is a teacher to Bible and she very loves the meaning of my name (paradise).
My nickname is Edi.
This name very similar to my name and him very popular in abroad.
Example: when I arrive to my family in USA I say that my name is Edi and not Eden because the name Eden is USA is different name. - This not really.
To sum up, I am pleased that my parents chose the name Eden for me.
Their reasons of my parents to chose Eden name is ok and I accept their reasons.
I hope that I succeed do have a positive self-image to my name.
